With all the flooding anymore I've been considering equiping the back-up bow with some fishing gear. Sure sounds like a blast.

Sounds like fun Shredder! Not meaning to hi-jack but I have a question for you carp slayers. My buddy has put an arrow into two giant carp this summer. One he guesses at over 50# only to have the arrow pull out right at the bank. He has had no trouble with fish up to 20#. What is he doing wrong? I am actually headed to get a fishing rig today after work. The river is too high to fish so we might as well clean up some "trash"
