My fiend Ronnie moved up here a couple years ago from Oklahoma. He's only been out bow hunting here once. So I took him out this morning to one of my stands. We walked up on the ridge where I had hung a stand this spring and I went down the hill to sit in another stand. First time anyone has sat in the stand this guy walks right under the tree about a half hour into the hunt and he made a great shot. The buck went 50 yards. Seeing the smile on Ronnie's face when we found him was epic. This is by far the biggest buck he's ever shot and way bigger than anything I have ever taken. Glad I could be a part of this.
