Round up rate on Asgrowbeans

I planted asgrow beans with oats as nursecrop to protect pods.
When can I spray beans with glysophate after planting to kill off oats and how much gly do I use per acre?
Beans are popping

Use a full rate of RUP we use 64oz if its 41% or 48 oz of the 53%. I would let the oats get as tall as you think you need to protect the beans but the oats are basically a weed and competition to the yeild of your beans
