Went to buy a tag today and it said the gun tag was good for 1-3rd? Bought a Bow tag, just curious why that is?

Thought the same thing when my season1 tag came in mail. Look close. Tag is good for 1, 2 or 3, not all of them. There will be dates on it denoting which season it is good for.

I am assuming you have to buy a archery only tag to avoid seeing the season good for. Those are only posted on the combo gun/archery tags.
