Hey I am a little late putting in my plot. Its a clover based mix. Should I get it in this week or wait until august?

If its clover based. I would put it in now and hope for some rain to germinate your seed.

I think you would be better off killing the sod now with some Roundup and planting in early August.

Its worked in the past for me and I've got a couple spots to do this year.

I would now wait until Late July, August. I put some in two weeks ago and luckily got the rain. I am still nervous because I hope we do not get a drought now. Kill the area off and plant it later. Just my .02 worth.
