Running number of bucks seen all season

This may be an interesting thing to do, kind of like a journal of the bucks you see. Rather than replying every time you go, just edit your initial post and make a running tally of bucks seen every day you go. It will be interesting to see the total number of bucks seen come season end. Good luck to all hunting the opener and have a safe trip afield each time you go.........

I lost track, and did not keep up with the post I started. I saw tons of bucks this year and was able to harvet two great bucks (Illinois allows two bucks per hunter, regardless of the tags in possesion) Most bucks in one setting, 9. Most mature bucks seen in a day, 4 over 130. I hope you all have had as enjoyable season as I have, even if some have not made any harvests. By the way, season is not out yet..................

Last year I kept track of bucks within 25 yards that were open shots and stopped Nov. 11 at 50! Best evening was 7 from 1 tree in 1 1/2 hours.

Ive seen 4 bucks in two nights out. One was a little forky he stood right in my shooting lane for ten minutes working a scrape. One was a small nine point that stayed just out of range. The other two were small eights both were out about fifty yards. Awesome start.

got in the tree at 3:00 on thursday afternoon. didn't see anything till 6:45. 2 does, a dinky little 8, and a real nice 8. Bucks were at 50 yards.

Saturday evening, 10/4, had two spikes and a small 4 point within 10 yards of my ground blind. Sunday morning, 10/5, had another little 4 point walk below my stand. I got the three on video from my blind, it was cool. They were looking right at me, and didn't know I was there.
