I always hate the sale of companies of products I own because are the going to warranty the same? Keep the same products (Dont think the Encore is going any where)

Does this mean M/L are going to go up in price also? Last I checked S&W firearms werent the cheapest in the store

Could be he is staying on for now as a condition of the sale, more money or as a transition move- helps calm the employee jitters. I'm sure the management at S&W knows how to run a gun company.
