I think they are different animals. Look at the deer's left brow tine. The one on the bottom has a split in it. If that deer turned his head to the left (our right) like in the top pic, it would be even more evident.

I say, different deer same poppa.
 
I think the same deer... 3.5 this year..hard to tell without the body though... his brows have changed some, but I have never seen a deer stay the exact same either
 
Different deer. Just look at the brows. Kinda odd in the older pics this right brow was more defined, let alone shows no characteristic of growing a split on his left brow.
 
Are some of you implying that because a buck had double split brows a year ago that both must be split again this year? I don't think so.
My amateur guess: Same deer @ 2.5 & 3.5.
 
I take my comment back, good chance its the same deer, i thought both cameras had 2014 dates.

Dont know what i was looking at......
 
Without a doubt different deer. The big bright white patch of hair on the back of the second one is a dead give away!
