Same buck?

The top photo is a picture I got last year (2006). The second one is from this week. I believe it might be the same buck but want to get other's opinions...what do you think?

really hard to tell, they look very similar but the sun in the 2nd photo makes it tough to tell.

real similar except when I zoom in on it the second pic he has a split g3 (or it might be an inside row tine w/ a split) not split g2 like the first one.

But it very well could be.

I agree with tall tines...except the right main beam of the second pic curls up a little, while the last years pic is pretty straight...who knows though...both great bucks!!
