Same buck?

This is the nicest buck on cam so far. I'm thinking it's the same buck that eluded me last year, any thoughts?

The frame is definitely similar. That left brow tine is throwing me though... Brow tines typically stay very similar from year to year. Definitely could be the same buck though.
