Same Deer?

I'm puzzled on this guy. They both have similar characteristics, but there are some things that wanna make me think these are two different deer. What do you guys think?

left side g3 sticks up higher than any other tine, if you look close at the 4th picture you can see his g3 how high up it is and how much junk is on it. I'd have to say def the same deer!!
