Since I havent posted a food thread in a while- I had to share last nights dinner :)

have you ever had a meal where you were just satisfied with it- that whitetail steak tastes that much better because the amount of work that went into harvesting the animal? or the walleye filet that took all day to catch-

well last night I had elk Brat patties with garlic butter sauteed morels that I found earlier this week- and man was it a great tasting meal!!! :)

Btw, found some mushrooms while turkey hunting Saturday, and I tried your recipe. Wow! Very good combo! Thanks for sharing!
 
Man that looks good, I just found a small batch of yellows and was wondering what to do with them, now I know.
 
Glad you all liked it! I am actually going to make it again here soon- seeing new posts made me hungry for it again:)
