Bought this unit before it got taken off the shelf due to ozonics vs scent crusher law suit. The unit is brand new never been used comes with all the accessories just decided I carry enough items to the stand new was $400 plus tax would like to get $350 willing to ship for $20 PM if interested thanks located around Waterloo iowa. The company is still offering the warranty and replacement parts for this also
 
This has 2 batteries that goes with it.. one normal and the xl battery! Also has a different tree mounting bracket for it now still new never used...PM if interested
 
I just read over the lawsuit....Dan Drake tried to partner with them but Ozinivs for $10 million. I think the ozonics owner pissed him off so he did it anyways then it ended up costing Ozonics $750K in the end
