Great 15 miles, followed by a good 6 miles, followed by a 5.2 mile struggle fest. Room for improvement but it was a marathon PR and I am mostly satisfied. Really wanted to break into a sub 4 hour run.
I did not shit myself, nor did I puke, but it is beer thirty and that may change. I did have some severe leg cramps the last 0.1 of a mile and barely made it over the finish.
