All kinds of great legislation coming out before funnel date.Do we really need someone to promote deer hunting in Ia

SF 389, NON RESIDENT LICENSES allows a special
committee - the majority leader of the senate, speaker
of the house of representatives, and director of the
department of economic development, or their designees
to request the DNR to issue up to 75 non-resident
licenses to promote the state. These are for
nonresident quests and dignataries to promote Iowa &
its natural resources. The current number is 25
licenses.
