how do u all feel about shockwave mechanical broadheads im thinkin about trying mechanicals this year and would like to hear wut u guys think would be the best choice
I started bowhunting last year and have only dropped one deer. I started using mechanicals after I was unable to tune my fixed blades which I am sure there is an art to that I just couldn't figure out. I used a 100 grn. shockwave on my 70 lb. bow. I didn't get a good shot on the deer at 27 yds. but the buck still only went about 50 yds. I broke ribs going in and out and the damage from the blades was outstanding. They shoot exactly like my field tips. I plan on using them again this year.
