Shoot or dont shoot

Tough call for sure. What else do you have on your cams in the area? You will know if it is right to shoot when it feels right when your pin is on him.

I think that since you are asking us if you should shoot him, Im going to say hold off one more year. It is kinda like a tattoo, if you are asking yourself that question, should i get it or not, I probably wouldnt get it. But if you were saying, I really want that tattoo, I would say go after it! But the choice is yours, hope it works out well either way.

well, honestly, if you are guaranteed to hunt there next year, and know the pressure is only between you and your buddy, id prly consider letting him go. but, if it were me in my current situation, he wouldnt get a free pass......

The chances of killing him are probably slim to none, the chance of killing him next year are even smaller. If he walks by that will be a tough choice!!

I have a real weakness when it comes to unique looking deer racks. I would bet that I would be mounting that one. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Who knows if he'll keep that spike through the season, but if he did, I think I'd have a hard time passing him. Hopefully you just have a 180 walk by early in the year and you won't have to think about it

he's awesome now but next year could be a monster be hard not to shoot.only u can make the call.
