Easy there, son. Probably not the best choice for your first post. I don't shotgun hunt either, and it's not for me, but I don't think it's pathetic or unfair. In fact, it's a very, very effective deer management tool in Iowa. I hunt with a modern compound bow - not the weapon of choice for the traditional archers who shoot longbows and recurves. Does that make me a bad person? I also hunt with a modern muzzleloader with a scope - is it unfair to be able to snipe a big deer at 200 yards or more? Hang around this site for awhile, and you'll see and learn quite a bit. . . regardless of what weapon you hunt with. Just be careful with early judgements.
