sorry bout using the bad language it just kinda makes ya mad where people are saying that the deer was baited but what ever i know the truth and seen the deer. so o well we own a farm 2 miles from where he shot the deer and have never seen him before.

WHY? wouldn't you be $250,000 richer?... you would be if you believe all the rumor-mills.

Two things about this deer and maybe the inside connection COD can shed some light. Is that barb-wire or something on the bucks left main beam by the G-2, and was it shot multiple times?...because you can see a half of an arrow in the quiver on the left and a full length bloody arrow on the right.

Congrats to the hunter on a magnificent animal...it's just too bad some people somewhere close to him didn't heed his wishes and keep it on the "down-low". Too many parahna's addicted to horn-porn.

hey maggs where u from in jackson county? by the way its not barbed wire that everyone sees i think he said it was somekind of string. but he only shot the deer with one arrow and the deer snuck up behind him only had like 30 sec reaction time they found the sheds off of this deer. last year. anyone think it will be the new state bow record?
 
Dang...I'm glad those pics are finally in the paper so everyone can chill out and enjoy the thing!!! It was also good to see everybody ragging on each other again...all that serious yack was making me glad we were all going to be sitting in trees soon!!! I feel sorry for ol Simmons though...poor guy...his season is already over!!! ... and yessss I'm jealous and wish his buck was the reason my season was over!!!

How long does it normally take for PMA membership to come through? Signed up just a little bit ago, and I'm dying to see more pics of this buck!
 
Anybody else hear that the buck wasn't taken in Jackson county. I heard from word of mouth it was taken in Dubuque county by Durango. Not trying to start rumors, only interested in hearing the real deal.
