SKB customer service - TOP NOTCH

This past April I decided to get a hard case for my bow and in the process ended up with one that would hold both my bow and gun. Anyway, in the past month the case somehow wouldn't shut properly and when I contacted SKB they told me no problem, new case on the way. A week later my new case is here, free of charge, free of shipping, free of hassle.

If you're in the market for a new bow or gun case I HIGHLY recommend any of the SKB products. Made in the USA and when you call customer service, you can UNDERSTAND them, and you have your problems solved with few questions asked.

They are a great company, I have 2 of their cases, the double bow case and the rifle case, also top quality craftsmanship also.

Hope I never have to use their C.S. or their warranty if something gets broken inside the case but glad to hear that they come through.
