Skunked

Im sure you guys BTDT.... I spend all day in the field, and 2 hours in a tree stand Sunday, trying to fill my late season antlerless tags. No deer to be found anywhere. I drive down the street toward home, and 14 of them in the neighbors yard about 10 feet away from their house eating corn that they so nicely put out for them.

I get off work early today, 3 hours in the stand, skunked again. Where are the deer, yep, at the neighbors again.

Pretty hard to compete with that.

All my other deer this year I got within a few hours of going out, now failure 2 days in a row. I gotta redeem myself before the end of the season or I am going to have anxiety until next year.... Ugggghh...

Maybe this cold weather will freeze up the creek and bottle them up near open water and improve my chances.

Anybody got any deer they need removed in Linn County? Cause I got 3 tags burning a hole in my pocket...
