This is a study bill to increase the amount of smokeless powder you can possess:

The bill is in a Judiciary subcommittee, Rep. Windschitl from Dist 17 is the subcommittee chair.
I posted this for two reasons. Reason 1, some members here are avid reloaders and they may like to support this bill. Reason 2, Rep. Windshitl may have been taking some heat for HF 42,43 and 44 (rightfully so) it wouldn't hurt to send him an email in support of HSB 87. I actually think most of the members here would support most of the bills he introduces.
Every night to cure my insomnia I read a list of all bills, study bills and resolutions introduced into both the House and Senate that day. Tonight's list was 342 pages long. The smokeless powder bill and one about pistols and revolvers for minors accompanied by adults (also with Rep Windschitl) were the only ones that caught my eye. Well, there were several others but just these two were worth bringing up. 4 pages out of 342. Yawn. Time for bed.
