Good season for me. I ended up tagging out on a couple of nice toms here in Iowa.
20 pounds, .81" spurs and 10 inch beard (56.20)

24.5 pounds, weak 9" beard, 1 sharp 1.0" spur and the other was broke at .50" (57.50)
Also ended up Filling 1 of 2 tags in Kansas. There were 4 of us that went to north central Kansas and all together we filled 4 of 8 tags
My bird below
I went with my buddy the next morning. He had roosted this bird the night before and he made it easy on us right off the roost. Strutted and gobbled across an open bean field into 25 yards.
My daughter still has a 4th season tag so we will be headed out tonight to see what we can get done.
This year, at least in my area has to be the year of the Jake. I have seen more jakes this year than the last 5 years combined. I have over 15 on 1 property and 6-7 on another. Should be a great crop of 2 years olds next year :grin:
