With the milder weather forecasted for today and the weekend I am considering a trip up to NE Iowa for some shed hunting. Can anyone give me an update as to the depth of snow still remaining on the ground? I will be traveling to approx. 10 miles north of Edgewood in Clayton county.

Thanks for the update.... I just talked with a guy this morning that was fishing in the NE part of Iowa a few days ago and he pretty much said the same thing... lots of snow still on the ground... I guess I will have to wait another month or so as usual /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif
 
There is a ton of snow up here. I walked 6 miles last weekend in it and found one dink. I kid you not, when you get off the trails the snow is almost to your knees. I am heading south, then working my way north!!
