Soil Testing:

Where is the best place to get your soil tested? I already know my county Ext; does not. They will supply you bags and a place to send it though they tell me.

I always send mine to the ISU Plant and Soil Lab. They probably aren't necessarily the best but the turn around time is decent and price isn't too bad either. I don't get anything fancy, just the basic test for $8.

For work I always send to Macro Micro International. They are very good and very easy to read. However, they primarily deal with horticultural crops although they do some field crops as well.
