Something a little different!!!!!!!

I had a hen come in to the decoys the other day! MAD!! Lordy she was pissed!! Went straight to the DSD hen and started pecking and giving her the old chest hit! OK! Not that unusual!! Then this hen starts strutting! I mean full fan out ,back feathers fluffed up ,dragging her wings in the sand strutting???????? Making a hissing noise!! She did this for over a hour!! The little glob of stuff at the base of her neck went from white to pink several times!! Now this was a hen, no beard! The only thing missing was the gobble and a beard!! And I had no camera!!!:thrwrck: I have been turk hunting for about 20 years with decoys! Never saw a hen do this!!

I've seen hens strut twice, its pretty amusing to see a turkey cat fight.
