Sonic Heads

I recieved a sample of a new broadhead from a company called American Broadhead. It is called a Sonic Head. It pitches the idea that it has field point accuracy and the deepest penetration. It is only a 1" cut and has 3 replaceable .036" ss blades. Supposed to fly like a field point even at speeds over 300 fps. Anyone ever heard of these before? I will let you know how they fly. Think I will always stick with the old Steel Force 125 grain serrated, and the Montec G5's.

I have not heard of this broadhead before. Interesting though. Let us know how it works out.
I would also like to say that i have shot both the Steelforce & the Montec G5's and also agree they are both great.

they were tested on that broadhead test site, and they came out with an extremely high rating. TRX won some at the ISAA shoot, and said they were dead on to his field points (i think). i believe he used some during the season

Yes I used some this season.They fly awesome and I did smack a doe with one.Through one shoulder and lungs,stayed together nicely.The only drawback is the cutting diameter but if you put a good shot on it shouldn't matter.....
