Speaking of meat...

We have a winner!

It is a common dish in South America and they raise them like we do chickens. We call them Guinea Pigs, they call them cuy (pronounced cooie).

It's really pretty good.

Yea thats different. If they cut the feet off it would look better to me. Definitely not going to see that at the local market uptown.
