Spraying vs burning crp?

I'll add, the suggested 5-8oz of gly won't do much, but it's all that's required "here" for mid mgnt. The Coop I used for 120a mid mgnt laughed and said you might as well drive around with a water tank and just make tracks.
I would suggest a burn, but, like many, scares the cr@p out of me, but I have done a few small burns, 2a or less. Note: Last time I did a 50a + mid mgmt crp maint., FSA has a cost share which covered hiring it out. You might check.

One thing in favor of chemical over fire is burning up all the nests and nesting cover. I burn a 1000+ acres a year and normally am done by now but still have some to go it sucks how many turkey and pheasant nests we have found recently.

The DNR is in the process of clear cutting 300 acres of state forest here that a wildfire went through in 2023 and top killed a lot of the oak trees. They claim they’re worried it will come back with invasives if they leave the standing trees, but won’t it come back with invasives when it’s once it’s cleared too?
