Looking to go snow goose slaughtering next spring, anybody have a buddy who is into this and would take some guys for modest tresspass fee?

Or recommend an outfitter.

please and thanks

I might have a guy for you. He goes every year and gets into them. Might take some time to get back to you being so far away still

Central Prairie outfitters, boys know how to kill snows. I can give you some more info if your interested. They have a website, Centralprairieoutfitters.com Cooper is a great guy he's lives in Ames but they travel all over chasing birds.

I'm assuming that you are looking go with the calling em in approach? If not there are landowners down there that will let you hunt if you are looking to try to put the sneak on some after they've landed in there fields. I've done both and both are fun. My layout hunt was less than stellar as we had to be booked pretty far in advance to be guaranteed a spot and it happened that our weekend wasn't a good one as far as flight or weather conditions. Actually we got caught in a little bit of reverse migration and the birds wanted to go back south and we were set up north of the area they were roosting. I want to try it again this year, but we have had great luck following them from the refuge until they land in a field and getting permission and sneaking up on them. Nothing like belly crawling a couple hundred yards in mud to pop over a hill and see nothing but snows.
