Squirrel Chatter

On a walk today at lunch, heard a squirrel chattering in a tree above me. Brought back many memories of hearing them chatter while waiting for Mr. Big Buck!

Won't be long. I pay extra attention when I hear them chatter, a couple times I watched them chatter at a buck but never at does for some reason.

They get so excited for the chew toys we call antlers

Probably trying to warn them. They think all of us hunters are only out to shoot a buck! Maybe trying to protect their chew toys?
