Sounds like a few guys going in together to set up a camera with another camera hidden to catch the perp would help out many in that area.
I did that.
Then I sent the neighbor, who stole the camera, a picture with him and my stolen camera in his hand.
3 weeks later I ran over a spike strip that popped both of my driver's side tires at 5 am as I went in to hunt. (Thief neighbor put the strip there, but denied it.)
I still hunted the morning and changed my tires when I came back.
Good thing my buddy's place is a Ford graveyard with plenty of spares.
Then my buddy got into a fight with him during gun season.
He one punched the thief neighbor to the ground, while the thief still had his gun slung over his back.
Then he ground pounded him.
I would have liked to have had a camera set up to see that sequence of events.
We never had a problem with him trespassing again.
Hunting in MN can be a little rough.
