Substitute for Round-UP?

Has anyone ever heard of this substitute for round-up?,,,!gal Vinegar ,,2 cups ebsome salts,,1/4 cup dawn dish soap. Wife saw it on the Internet. Coarse everything is true on there .

Yea I buy the 5 gal jug at CPS. I think the formula would be alright for a home owner around the yard. Probably kills the green tops off, but probably not effective root destroyer.

I was thinking the thread was "glyphosate alternatives" due to all the resistant weeds out there. Big problem. If anyone was thinking along those lines- look to Liberty herbicide. Or ignite. Fry the small pigweed & waterhemp!!!

The home brew doesn't work as well as Gly, plus a generic gly in concentrate form is actually cheaper than the home brew.

Run that through a tank with an agitator and the foam might fry your pump.
