My brother brought his grandson Dominic down for his first try at deer hunting last week end, they saw deer both days, but did not have a clear shot. Yesterday they saw deer in the morning and evening and still no shot. They had one 8 pointer run by at 20 yards and Dominic said that made him start shaking. I told him when he got ready to shoot to take a deep breath , let half of it out and squeeze the trigger.
Well this morning this 9 point came out with 3 does at around 75 yards. Dom said " I remember what you said and didn't shake until after I shot and then I shook a lot". I don't know who was the more excited Dominic or grandpa.
