Suggestions for MF rose?

I was stunned to see how bad this has gotten over the past 2 years. This area does not get much residue so I am not sure I can get a good burn there. Thoughts?

Triclopyr works for me and other unwanted foliage.

If able, mow it first then spray on new growth.
