How Old? Not much mass but super wide

Tough to tell from that pic, but he does look mature. I guess he is 20" wide inside.

I had one other side photo but accidentally hit delete while going through the other photos on the card- his right side (left side of photo) has 6 points and the left side (right side of photo) has 5 points- they line up perfectly in this photo- side view was better Hopefully he shows up more with better angles!
