Hey all got another question. The stand that I was planning on hunting tomorrow faces the NW. The wind is supposed to be straight out of the south tom. The other stands in the timber are not to good for south wind either so I was thinking about setting up on the ground across from said stand facing south so I would still have the shooting lanes and the wind. The question is good or bad idea and how difficult is it off the ground, never tried it before. Any advice would help. Thanks
