Taxidermy Training

My wife has been tossing around the idea for the last few years of doing taxidermy as a hobby. Do any of you know of any women that do taxidermy?

Where is the best place to get training?

The best taxidermist that I know of is a woman. She is in southeastern MO, and has since retired from it, but she did amazing work, especially with predators. Her deer mounts were ok, but her coyotes, bobcats, foxes, and waterfowl were out of this world.
