The blowing buck

I have some creek bottom that I hunt where I have been seeing and hearing a small five point buck blowing running and chasing. He dosnt grunt grunt he just keeps blowing and blowing as he chases does. Has anyone else seen this before.

I seen the exact same senario this weekend, but it wasn't until today that I seen the same buck that I seen yesterday come through doing the same thing, he was blowing with every step it was then I noticed an arrow that was stuck right in his hindquarter's, maybe the buck your seeing has been shot or is really stressed out. Just my thought's.
