My brother managed to catch up with a buck we had some history with. We started hunting a piece of public ground in 2016 and started getting pics of a big 8 with a kicker off his right G2. That year I missed him at 30 yards due to a deflection. I saw him a 2nd time and couldn't get a shot. My brother also saw him, but he stayed just out of range. We got pics of him last year as well, but never saw him in person.
This year we assumed he was gone until he showed up on cams Nov. 1st. He still had the kicker, but added a short G4 on the right side, and a small drop tine on his left side. He also lost quite a bit of his tine length, and was really starting to show his age. He went past the same cam on the 8th, and the 10th as well. My brother shot him seconds after he came past the cam on the 10th at 3:30 in the afternoon.
