If they won't come to you, then you should go move to them and then they might get more excited about inching a little closer to be within shooting range. also try taking a hunting partner along with you and double team him. have your buddy call behind you and act like he is a hen walking away and the tom should walk in front of you. the tom will stay at what he thinks is a comfortable distance from the calling without him even knowing you are sitting quietly as he walks in front of you to try to get the "runaway hen" Good Luck!
