This weekend was quite a bit better than last, we're slowing learning as we hunt!(had better luck with single hen decoy and soft calling) Saturday afternoon at 2pm, 250 yards away here pops out a single tom! He got to 200 yards and it looked like he was going to sneak in the timber so I made a soft yelp and purrs. He finally seen the single hen decoy and started working my way. At about 50 yards he started strutting and my heart was going nuts! He took what seemed like 30 minutes to cover the last 25 yards! I was moving around all over in the blind deciding which arrow to shot him with, Guilotine or Wasp Jakhammer? He hung up at 25 yards and hadn't moved and with a real hen working away from me I decided to take him. He got to full strut at 25 yards and I smoked him and he went down immediately and was out quick! I was going crazy after it all happened! My brother got to watch the whole hunt across the crick through his binos he said, so that was pretty cool. Here a quick picture of him and his stats..I took a picture of the damage the Jakhammer did, the arrow busted him up and flew through him like butter never to be seen again, we have no clue where it went? The entrance is right behind his left wing butt and out a little further behind his right wing butt

23.5 lbs
10 5/8" beard
1 1/4" spurs
