Is Thompson Center No. 13 a plastic solvent as well as a black-powder solvent? Shirts-N-Shooters in Le Mars convinced me to buy it based on the fact that it was BOTH. I just fired my T/C Omega for the first time this weekend and the stuff worked great but didn't encounter much in the line of plastic residue so I didn't have a basis to test this. Anyone know for sure?
