Had numerous bucks on the card, thought I'd share what I am pretty sure is a buck I've been getting to know for a few yrs. I believe him to be 6 1/2 and not a huge scorer but I like him. He's the older buck in the back on the other side of the fence.

These are the only pics I have gotten of him all year. I believe it is the buck I think it is b/c of the way his browtines are. Here the buck was last year.

If it is indeed him which i think it is then I am very pleased with the timing. I had numerous sightings of and a few opportunities at the buck in September last year about 1/4 mile from where he is about to enter an alfalfa field in the pictures. He vanished around mid Oct. and I assumed he was shot due to the hiatus. I had hoped to find a shed from him but never did. I have both of his sets from winter 09 and 08. It is a very fine thing being able to locate a buck you had indeed hoped to. I am sure he is not a great scorer but he looks pretty heavy this yr and is and older guy with some history with me. He most certainly throws a curve ball into the "what buck" to hunt come Sept. 1....................................................................
but it's a hanging curveball.

Trail cam C.S.I. is so much fun! The split G-2 on that old boys left beam looks like a club! Hope to see more pics of him.:way:
