Tomorrow is the day

Well getting everything ready tonight to head out tomorrow morning to do some bow hunting. Went out tonight to see the duck/goose blind and seen 5 or 6 doe's in the area i am gonna hunt in tomorrow. And when i was leaving i seen 3 doe's. Hopefully ill get lucky tomorrow and have a nice one come by my stand. I will report tomorrow on how it went!

Well today was a bad day and then a good one at the end. Got up and took my brother to school. Got home and got back in bed for about half a hour. Got up and was ready at 9 but then i forgot the calls. So went upstairs and looked for them. About 30 min. later i gave up. then when i got in the stand i seen a yote jogging into the woods. I was tempted to shoot but he was gone before i got the bow in my hand. stayed for another 2 hours and didnt see squat. so i went to the truck and was gonna unload the 4 wheeler so i can get across the river when i get back. Well i seen a "little" hill and drove over it. Well i bottomed out. Grabed 2 boards from the duck blind and unloaded the 4 wheeler. Then called my dad and told him what happen. so i went and got his truck. (its about 3 or 4 miles from were i hunt) Brought it over and pulled it right out. Its about 2 right now so i go home and wait till 3:30 to get my brother then go back out. Left at 3:15 and went and got him. Got back to the stand at about 4 and got a call from the boss. ( i didnt answere) I walked in and spooked a doe. Got up in the stand and got everything on and waited. Seen the doe come back and lay down. She was their for about a hour or so(she was my watch out)

. Had 2 does come out from the tree's to my west and ran back in. The doe that was laying down got back up and walked off. About 20 minutes later she came back and layed down again. Then a semi blew a tire and spooked her. And seen a tail on the far side by the creek. The a doe and a little buck (still in velvet)came out from the evergreens to my east. They walked by the river and walked off. And that was about all i say. Tons of wood ducks were flying around. Ill pry head out tomorrow again. But thats if i dont stay up to late.
