Trail Camera Grand Slam

Ghost

Life Member
I named this buck Gimpy. He came by me several times during bow season carrying his left front leg. It is frozen in a curled position. He winded me once and can still haul the mail on three legs.

Pictures from July 12th in velvet to February 1st when he shed!

Re: Grand Slam

I realize that the deer is nothing special.

I just thought it was cool to capture his entire antler cycle on film this year!

Re: Gimpy

Ghost, this is "Roo", short for kangaroo. I thought she looked like a kangaroo in this pic. Her right leg is gone from the elbow down. Never seen her before in person but I have a stack of pics. of her.

Re: Grand Slam

Ghost,

that is a sweet series that I bet to many can't say they have ever captured. Thanks for sharing them and good luck finding the sheds (check the corn pile first)

Re: Grand Slam

Ghost,
Those are some sweet pics that you have! Your pictures continue to impress me....now go find his other side!

I can see you guys are going to get me addicted to trail cams! Had one for years and always use it every year, but I tend to put it up as a scouting tool and just stay away from it and the area for as long as I can.
Never tried putting corn out or anything but I could sure do that in the backyard!
