Turn it to OLN and watch Rugers outdoor adventures or something like that. They were walking up within 75 yards of deer with no camo and talking outload and the deer just stood there and the bucks kept eating. Did anyone see this?? What a challenge

Anything is possible, sometimes deer do the dumbest things. Sometimes they're in a high fence as well.

It's amazing what animals will tolerate when they have no fear of man.
Watch a show about caribou sometime. These guys get 10 yards or closer. Those animals don't see humans very much & don't know what to expect.
But, if you're talking about "spot n stalk" methods that's something else. Usualy a hard head wind w/ the deer up wind. Those deer are in the grass where it's noisy all around them. Stay downwind & out of sight of the deer & you can get surprisingly close.

I know but these deer would look at them at twenty yards while they were talking and waving there arms and theyd just stand there. And they would walk by at 30 yards to go look for another and the deer would raise their heads. unreal.
