My son arrowed a nice tom Sunday morning and put team NW on the board. Up here in the northwest corner of the state we've been bombarded by one spring snowstorm after another, and while the open fields have mostly turned to mud instead of snow, there's still a bunch of snow in the timber...especially on north slopes. Hunter shot this bird on the field edge and it ran into the timber a short distance before crashing. I'm guessing there won't be many years when we have a harvest pic like this...at least I hope not
