USSA to Stand Up for Hunting on Fox News Program

The U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance, the nation’s leading sportsmen’s rights advocacy organization, will tonight address comments made by a Washington Post columnist and an NBA star that compare dog fighting to hunting.

Rob Sexton, U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance Vice President for Government Affairs, will be a guest on Fox News Channel’s O’Reilly Factor to respond to the ridiculous comparison.

Tune in to Fox News tonight, Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 8:00 p.m. (replay at 11:00 p.m.) for the interview.

The U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance is a national association of sportsmen and sportsmen’s organization that protects the rights of hunters, anglers and trappers in the courts, legislatures, at the ballot, in Congress and through public education programs.

I seen it,he done an ok job.But just ok,It seemed like he was star struck!!
Made his point but still left you wondering if maybe he could have informed people better--- in the little time they had.

I seen it.I was dissapointed because it didn't last that long.All and all it was kind of a joke.They brought up Peta and the speaker from USSA pretty much called them a bunch of radical nut jobs.He told FOX that PETA compared KFC killing chickens was like the holocaust.He looked like he was ready to laugh the whole time.

I'll go a bit further... I think the guy was a poor representative for hunting. He acted like bumbling bozo and didn't have an answer for why hunting and killing an animal is different than dog fighting! O’Rielly gave him 2 or 3 chances and was almost begging him to provide an intelligent answer but unfortunately he could not cite one.

Why didn't they put Uncle Ted on. While I don't believe in everything he does or preaches, he is one of the most intelligent, quick, advocates of hunting we have. Like him or hate him he knows his stuff. He could of ripped off 10 different reasons why hunting is different than dog fighting. I agree while the intentions were good, not as effective as it could have been.
