I have been calling this buck "Lewy" for no other reason that the fact that I found his sheds last Jan. in a neighbor's yard. Lewy happens to be his name. Pretty sure he's 4 1/2 now and won't likely ever be a giant but I am pretty certain looking at him from the side that he's got the very same genetics of a buck I used to call "blade" on the same property. I had a couple of velvet pics of him at a lick a mile away in July and didn't recognize him then but he's now back making a regular circuit on last yrs stomping grounds. Blade is in my avatar and was shot in rifle season last year. Anyways, pretty interesting when you see traits you are certain you recognize.
